WPD: Road Reopens after Fatal Accident involving Pedestrian in Wickenburg

Wickenburg Police Department is investigating a fatal accident involving one vehicle and a pedestrian near the intersection of East Wickenburg Way and North Jack Burden Road. Wickenburg Police Department is reminding drivers to drive with caution. The westbound lanes have since reopened.

According to an Emergency Alert sent by the Town of Wickenburg, the Wickenburg Police Department has not identified the victim of the fatal collision. Westbound lanes were blocked for five hours and drivers had to use both directions by sharing the Eastbound lanes.
