Jay Phillips-Vo

Jay Phillips-Vo is the owner and founder of Wittmann, AZ Emergency Alerts Facebook page in 2019 after two wildfires came through the community of Wittmann, Arizona. The purpose of Wittmann, AZ Emergency Alerts at that time was to post emergencies alerts in real-time. Wittmann, AZ Emergency Alerts quickly grew to over 1,000 followers and has been growing ever since.

Jay has grown the organization over the years to be much more than just emergency alerts, we're now a locally-oriented news service for Wittmann, Arizona. This is commonly referred to as community journalism. The people of Wittmann trust Wittmann, AZ Emergency Alerts for their news relating to Wittmann, and we're proud to deliver it.

Currently, we have developed a partnership and trust with our local, state, and federal government officials. We have brought on an engagement manager to manage our relationship with the Wittmann community, more content producers, social media moderators, and our community tab's content manager.

As Wittmann grows, we too will grow our team to ensure we're dedicated to the Wittmann Community.
