Firefighters Battle Trailer Fire Overnight in Wittmann
Just after 10:00 PM on Monday night, the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority Fire Station 106 crews were alerted of a structure on fire by a community member who stopped by the fire station. The firefighters and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office responded.
Firefighters located a fully involved trailer fire on the 20900 Block of Bradley Road. Firefighters immediately went into a defensive strategy and attacked the fire from the outside and called for more firefighters to assist with the working fire. The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office also responded.
Firefighters extinguished the fire with no extension and no injuries to community members or firefighters. The investigation has been turned over to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. We’re awaiting a further update from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
